🔄 Cancellation and Refund Policy – Inba Trust

At Inba Trust, we deeply value the trust and generosity of our donors and supporters. We aim to ensure complete transparency in all our financial transactions. This policy outlines the terms under which donation cancellations and refunds may be considered.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

a) Personal Information

  • Name, email address, phone number, address

  • PAN/Aadhaar (for donations or government compliance)

  • Payment or donation details (securely processed through trusted third-party gateways)

b) Non-Personal Information

  • Browser type, IP address, device used

  • Pages visited, time spent, and referring websites

1. Donation Cancellation

  • Donations made to Inba Trust are typically non-cancellable, as they are processed immediately to support ongoing projects and welfare initiatives.

  • If you made an unintentional or duplicate donation, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of the transaction.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [yourtrustemail@example.com] with proof of transaction (donor name, date, amount, payment method, and transaction ID).


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be considered in genuine cases of:

    • Duplicate payments

    • Technical errors (e.g., incorrect amount charged)

    • Unauthorized transactions

  • Refunds will not be granted if:

    • Funds have already been utilized for charitable activities

    • The refund request is made beyond 3 business days after the transaction

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 7–10 business days.


3. Event or Campaign Contributions

  • In case of donations made toward a specific campaign or fundraising event, refunds will not be applicable once the event has concluded or funds have been committed to the cause.


4. Tax Exemption Certificates

  • If a refund is processed, any 80G tax exemption certificate already issued will be considered invalid.

  • We may require the donor to return or disregard any tax benefit received in connection with the refunded donation.
